The mechanism comprises a support, a limiting sliding block, a spring, a shifting piece, a push rod and a baffle, the support provides a winding station and an unloading station for a rotor through an installation base, and the support rotates back and forth along the support to achieve the switching betweenthe winding station and the unloading station; rotors of the winding station and the unloading station are limited through abutting parts provided with two limiting sliding blocks of the spring respectively.
