Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a kidney cancer full-thickness pathological section sampling method, and belongs to the field of biological and medical experiments. The kidney cancer full-thickness pathological section sampling method comprises the following steps: (1) copying kidney cancer CT imaging data; (2) drawing a kidney 3D model by using Mimics software; (3) selecting and marking a pathological layer; (4) carrying out 3D printing; and (5) taking kidney full-thickness pathological sections. The method overcomes the defects that a traditional manual sampling method is inaccurate in sampling, sampling is conducted based on feeling and experience, and the kidney cancer pathology cannot completely correspond to imaging, so that the kidney cancer pathology can be positioned more accurately on the corresponding level of the imaging; and the kidney cancer whole-layer pathology level obtained through the method can lay a foundation for follow-up research of kidney cancer iconomics, pathomics and molecular omics, and a
