The patch-loaded broadband dual-polarized base station antenna comprises a first broadband balun structure, a second broadband balun structure, a metal patch and a reflecting plate. The first broadband balun structure and the second broadband balun structure are connected with the reflecting plate; the first broadband balun structure and the second broadband balun structure are perpendicular to the reflecting plate and are orthogonal to each other; and the metal patch is arranged above the first broadband balun structure and the second broadband balun structure.
