ACTUATOR

An actuator (7) is configured such that a first film body (10) and a second film body (20) are stacked on each other. The first film body (10) includes a first dielectric elastomer film (11) and a first electrode layer (13) provided on a surface (12) of the first dielectric elastomer film (11). The second film body (20) includes a second dielectric elastomer film (21) and a second electrode layer(23) provided on a surface (22) of the second dielectric elastomer film (21).
