The common-view time planning method Sequentially determining common-view starting time, selecting a time change model suitable for an output signal of the tested frequency source according to priori knowledge of the frequency source, determining parameters of the frequency source model for the first time, calculating the variable quantity of the output of the to-be-tested frequency source along with time, determining an optimal tracking period value, and calculating the starting time of any tracking period.
