Zusammenfassung:The ultrasonic detection device for cracks of a direct-drive wind driven generator spindleis characterized by comprising more than one row of ultrasonic probes (1), and the ultrasonic probes (1) are arranged in a spindle (2). The ultrasonic probe is installed in the spindle, generated waves are transmitted into the spindle, whether the spindle generates cracks or not is analyzed according to ultrasonic waveforms, the crack growth condition of the stress concentration part of the spindle is monitored in real time, and spindle faults can be found as soon as possible. The ultrasonic probes are arranged in a multi-row fan-shaped manner, so that the detection sensitivity can be improved.
