Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for measuring the hardness of compressed solid food with low dispersion. The method is based on the basic principle of a physical property tester, and overall design and test evaluation are carried out on main factors influencing the hardness measurement result of the compressed solid food according to the quality characteristics of the compressed solid food. The relatively stable parameter ranges of the influence factors are as follows: the distance between the support frames is 50mm, the speed before the test is 0.75 mm/s-1. 25mm/s, the test speed is 1mm/s-1.5mm/s, and the triggering force is 50g-90g.
