Waste heat and wastewater recovery device

The invention discloses a waste heat and wastewater recovery device comprising a heat recovery device and a wastewater recovery device. The heat recovery device is composed of a steam buffer box, a bypass pipe, a heat exchanger and an isolation valve. An intermission draining pipeline, a continuous draining pipeline and a water level indicator sewage draining pipeline are sequentially installed atthe upper end of the steam buffer box, and first valves are installed on joints of the intermission draining pipeline, the continuous draining pipeline as well as the water level indicator sewage draining pipeline and the steam buffer box correspondingly. The bypass pipe is installed at the bottom left corner of the steam buffer box. The heat exchanger is arranged in the steam buffer box, and a sewage draining pipeline communicates with the lower end of the heat exchanger.
