The invention discloses a vibrating diaphragm material, and a preparation method and application thereof. The vibrating diaphragm material comprises, by weight, 100-140 parts of an LCP solution, 15-30parts of glass fiber powder, 10-20 parts of a filling agent, 5-10 parts of a reinforcing agent and 5-10 parts of a toughening agent. The LCP solution is modified through the glass fibers, and the vibrating diaphragm material adopts a three-layer structure, so that the problems of surface roughness and elongation at break reduction caused by doping of glass fiber powder are avoided, the vibratingdiaphragm material has higher rigidity, and segmentation vibration can be effectively inhibited when the vibrating diaphragm material vibrates at a high frequency band. |
