The invention discloses a system and a method for integrated treatment of leachate of a garbage transfer station. The system comprises a first coagulation device used for receiving a leachate stock solution, wherein 0.2-0.3% of a hydrogen peroxide solution and 20-40% of a sodium hydroxide solution are successively added into the leachate stock solution to carry out double modification treatment, and an organic flocculant is added to carry out first sedimentation treatment to obtain a first leachate clear solution and a first precipitate; a second coagulation device, which is used for receivingthe first percolation clear liquid and carrying out second sedimentation treatment to generate second percolation clear liquid and second sediment; and a multi-stage membrane treatment device which is used for receiving the second percolate and carrying out multi-stage membrane filtration treatment to obtain produced water with different levels of water quality.
