The method employs an idea of an integrated algorithm to combine with a neural network, and builds a cement kiln production integrated energy consumption model with the prediction precision higher than that of a single neural network model. When the integrated model is used for predicting energy consumption, a Markov correction method is adopted, so that an energy consumption prediction value of the model is closer to an actual value, and a more accurate reference basis is provided for energy consumption supervision in a cement production process. 本发明公开了一种水泥炉窑生产能耗预测方法及系统,采用集成算法的思想组合神经网络,建立预测精度高于单个神经网络模型的水泥炉窑生产集成能耗模型。在用集成模型预测能耗时采用马尔科夫修正法,使模型的能耗预测值更加贴近实际值,为水泥生产过程的能耗监管提供了更精确的参考依据。
