Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an alkoxy carbonyl substituted silicon-based rhodamine derivative, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the alkoxy carbonyl substituted silicon-based rhodaminederivative is prepared by carrying out a heating tube sealing reaction on a silicon-based intermediate and alkoxy carbonyl substituted o-formylbenzoic acid in the absence of a solvent in the presenceof a catalyst. According to the invention, the synthesis method of the silicon-based rhodamine derivative provided by the invention is simple in reaction condition, convenient to operate and high intotal yield, and can be used for large-scale preparation; and the silicon-based rhodamine derivative reacts under an alkaline condition, can be used for efficiently preparing the carboxyl-substitutedsilicon-based rhodamine derivative, and is used for preparing various fluorescent dyes and probes.
