The invention provides a servo rotary cap screwing machine. The servo rotary cap screwing machine comprises a servo cap screwing mechanism, a bottle feeding mechanism and a cap feeding mechanism, wherein the servo cap screwing mechanism comprises a pneumatic control part, an electric control part and a mechanical execution part; the mechanical execution part is provided with a cap screwing head; the electric control part controls the cap screwing head to lift and/ or rotate relative to the mechanical execution part; the pneumatic control part controls the cap screwing head to open and close; the cap feeding mechanism is used for conveying bottle caps to the cap screwing head; and the bottle feeding mechanism is used for conveying bottles below the cap screwing head and carrying away the bottles after cap screwing. The cap screwing head can be singly lifted and/or rotated, and the servo cap screwing mechanism and the cap feeding mechanism have no need to be totally lifted, so that the whole machine is simpler
