Full-automatic reel feeder

The invention provides a full-automatic reel feeder which can continuously feed plastic reels located accurately to automatic coiling machines. The full-automatic reel feeder comprises a reel storagetank for storing the plastic reels. A turnover mechanism is connected to an outlet of the reel storage tank. The turnover mechanism is used for turning over the plastic reels to a spiral conveying shaft of a reel feed mechanism. A rack is provided with a plastic reel feeding mechanism. An automatic locating mechanism is used for locating the plastic reels located on the spiral conveying shaft andcan accurately locate the spatial arrangement positions of the plastic reels through a locating rod and a photoelectric sensor and automatically identify the obverse and reverse faces of each plasticreel to ensure discharging of the plastic reels from the obverse faces.
