Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a die head adjusting method and device. The method comprises the steps that a brightness value of a line on pressure-sensitive paper is obtained, wherein the line is an extrusion line of a die head on the pressure-sensitive paper; whether the brightness value matches with a preset brightness value or not is detected; and when the brightness value does not match with the preset brightness value, the die head is controlled to move to enable the brightness value of the extrusion line of the die head on the pressure-sensitive paper to reach the preset brightness value. According to the method, the distance between the die head and the pressure-sensitive paper is determined according to the matching relation of the brightness values so as to adjust the position of the die head according to the distance condition, so that the levelness between the die head and the pressure-sensitive paper is improved, the positioning difficulty between the die head and the pressure-sensitive paper is reduced
