The method comprises the following steps of pre-processing the waste solar battery panel; mechanically cutting a solar battery piece without a metal frame, a cable and an inverter into block solar battery pieces of preset dimension and preset weight; putting the block solar battery pieces in a high voltage pulse discharge in water cavity; injecting water immersing discharge electrodes and the block solar battery pieces; adjusting the separation distances among the dischargeelectrodes and setting discharge parameters; responding to a pulse voltage, generating pulse discharge in the water among the discharge electrodes to crush the block solar battery pieces; filtering the block solar battery pieces by a filter screen to obtain a solar battery piece crushed solid mixture; drying and screening the solar battery piece crushed solid mixture at a preset temperature; and putting the solar battery |
