Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a magnetic core-shell material catalyst. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: preparing a core-shell material by taking glucose and Fe3O4 as raw materials, sequentially dipping in a chlorosulfonic acid/dichloromethane solution and a ferric trichloride saturated solution, separating and drying to obtain a Fe3O4@C@Fe (III) catalyst, and applying the Fe3O4@C@Fe (III) catalyst to a Ferrier rearrangement reaction in which HMF participates to synthesize the 2, 3-unsaturated oxyglucoside. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of simple process, convenience in operation, high yield, low production cost, mild reaction conditions, recyclability and the like, the method well solves the problems of catalyst heavy metal residues, limited reaction to acetyl-protected glucose alkene and few other sugar alkene substrates, and is a novel method for preparing 2, 3-unsaturated oxyglycoside, which is green, |
