Acordinng to the invention, on the basis of a large number of experimental tests, a ruthenium-rhodium alloy nano flower ball catalytic material is prepared and shows high yield and Faraday efficiency in the field of electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction, wherein the electrocatalytic process realizes greenartificial nitrogen fixation, and provides a new thought for constructing a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.
