The finger distraction outer fixing frame comprises a first supportingplate, a second supporting plate and a thread adjusting piece; the first supporting plate is used for fixing one finger of syndactylia, and the second supporting plate is used for fixing the other finger of the syndactylia; the inner side end of the first supporting plate is rotationally connected with the inner side end of the second supporting plate; the outer side end of the first supporting plate is fixedly connected with the inner side end of the threaded adjusting piece; the threaded adjusting piece is sleeved by the outer side end of the second supporting plate; and the outer side end of the threaded adjusting piece is used for being connected with an external adjusting piece.
