The embodiment of the invention provides background removing method, device and equipment and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps of: performing down-sampling on the target imagefor multiple times; obtaining a first attention feature according to two adjacent down-sampling results, further performing multiple times of up-sampling on the first attention feature, obtaining a current up-sampling result according to the first attention feature and a previous up-sampling result, and taking a final up-sampling result as a second attention feature; and further, determining foreground pixels in the image of which the background is to be removed according to the second attention feature and the target image. In conclusion, according to the method, a plurality of first attention features are obtained by constructing a down-sampling attention mechanism, and second attention features are obtained by constructing an up-sampling attention mechanism. Visibly, the shared image information obtained by up
