The two-position three-way valve comprises a three-way valve body, wherein a three-way valve seat, a three-way valve plate and a reset spring are arranged in the three-way valve body; the three-way valve plate is pressed on the lower end surface of the three-way valve seat by the reset spring; a valve plate throttling hole and an oil passing groove are formed in the three-way valve plate; an oil inlet hole, an oil inlet throttling hole and an oil outlet hole are formed in the three-way valve seat; the oil passing groove is communicated with the oil outlet hole; one side of the oil outlet hole is connected with an electromagnetic control valve; the three-way valve body and the three-way valve plate are encircled to form a three-way valve cavity; and a third oil channel is formed in the lower part of the three-way valve body.
