The milk powder comprises the following components in parts by mass: 2-22 parts of whole milk powder, 6-66 parts of skimmed milk powder, 0.2-3 parts of milk protein peptides, 2.5-12.5 parts of crystalline fructose, 0.3-1.5 parts of lecithin, 4-40 parts of fish oil, 0.5-7.5 parts of conjugated linoleic acid, 1-5 parts of sialic acid, 0.2-1 part of taurine, 0.15-2 parts of phosphatidylserine and3.5-17.5 parts of plant extracts. By adjustment of the formula, substances which can supplement nutrients required for development of the nervous system are selected and cooperative with phytochemicals to improve brain blood circulation and energy supply; and substances with antioxidant effect are contained, so that stress can be effectively relieved and memory is significantly improved.
