Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for obtaining a regenerated plant by utilizing radix saposhnikoviae leaves. The method comprises the following steps of 1) performing culturing on a radix saposhnikoviae explant to obtain a callus, 2) carrying out induced culture on the callus to obtain a somatic embryo, and 3) carrying out further culturing on the somatic embryo to obtain the radix saposhnikoviaeregenerated plant. The key point of the test is to obtain a set of scheme for rapidly utilizing leaves and obtaining regenerated seedlings through a somatic embryo way, and the number of the obtainedregenerated seedlings can be controlled by controlling the number of subculture multiplication cells.
