The invention discloses a flexible display panel and a display device. The display device comprises a first post-folding overlapping display area and a second post-folding overlapping display area. The first post-folding overlapping display area is located at one end of the flexible display panel in the length direction; the second post-folding overlapping display area is located at the other endof the flexible display panel in the length direction and is the same as the first post-folding overlapping display area in area. After the flexible display panel is bent, the first post-folding overlapping display area and the second post-folding overlapping display area are arranged in an overlapping mode, display frames in the overlapping areas coincide, and therefore 360-degree gapless displayof the flexible display panel is achieved.
