Themethod comprises the steps of S1 transmitting frequency modulation continuous waves to a target to be measured, and receiving radar echo signals reflected by the target; S2 processing the echo signalreceived by the RX channel to obtain an IF signal, and performing data discretization sampling on the IF signal to obtain two paths of signals; S3 performing recombination operation on the two pathsof signals to obtain complex representation of discrete signals; S4 performing data processing on the complex representation of the discrete signal to obtain target information; and S5 performing phase demodulation on the data according to the target information to obtain structure dynamic deformation information.
