The invention discloses an ultralow-temperature pneumatic stop valve. The valve comprises a valve body, a valve element component and a corrugated pipe component, wherein the valve element component and the corrugated pipe component are arranged in an inner cavity channel of the valve body; the bottom of the corrugated pipe component is detachably and fixedly connected with the valve element component, a valve element block is arranged at one end of a valve element in the valve element component, an inner hole is formed in the end, opposite to the axial direction, of the valve element block, the bottom of a valve rod of the corrugated pipe component is inserted into the inner hole, and the valve rod and the top of the corrugated pipe are arranged in a valve seat in a sleeved mode; the valve seat is clamped on an interface surface of the valve body; the top of the corrugated pipe component is detachably and fixedly connected with an executing mechanism, a connecting rod at the bottom ofa piston penetrates thro
