The method comprises the steps of arch ring section integral prefabricating, arch ring section glue assembling construction and arch ring section wet joint construction. After the arch ring sections are prefabricated, steel bars penetrate through webs with box-shaped sections, and the two ends of each steel bar are fixed through limiters; the to-be-mounted arch ring section is hoisted to a position near a design position, epoxy resin glue is smeared at an archring joint, and the to-be-mounted arch ring section is rapidly hoisted in place; then the conversion of a stress system between the buckle cable and the crane is completed; and finally, arch ring section wet joint construction is conducted.
