Zusammenfassung:Recombinant escherichia coli and corynebacterium glutamicum are traditionally used for producing various amino acid products. A metabolic pathway for producing aspartic acid, derivatives thereof and glutamic acid is constructed in halophilic bacteria resistant to contamination, so that recombinant halophilic bacteria can produce aspartic acid, derivatives thereof (including aspartic acid, threonine, methionine, isoleucine, lysine, ectoine, and the like) and glutamic acid. The method is mainly realized by enhancing anabolic pathway flow of a target product, weakening or blocking branches and catabolism through a metabolic engineering method. The recombinant halophilic bacteria can be used for producing the products through open sterilization-free batch or continuous fermentation. 传统上将重组大肠杆菌和谷氨酸棒杆菌用于生产各种氨基酸产品。本发明通过在抗染菌的嗜盐菌中构建生产天冬氨酸及其衍生物和谷氨酸的代谢路径,实现重组嗜盐菌生产天冬氨酸及其衍生物(包括天冬氨酸、苏氨酸、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、赖氨酸和四氢嘧啶等)和谷氨酸。本发明主要通过代谢工程的方法,增强目标产物的合成代谢途径流量,减弱或阻断支路及分解代谢来实现。上述重组嗜盐菌可以通过开放无灭菌批次或者连续发酵生产上述产品。
