Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a small marine boom which is provided with a segmented structure and can be directly installed on a ship bollard or deck base. The small marine boom is provided with a column assembly, an elbow assembly, a suspension arm assembly, a sling assembly and a boom fixing assembly, wherein the column assembly includes a column and a rotation locking assembly which rotates and adjusts the column and locks the column; one end of the elbow assembly is installed on the column; the suspension arm assembly is installed on the other end of the elbow assembly; the sling assembly includes a sling, a pulley block and a winch for performing lifting adjustment on the free end of the sling, the pulley block is installed on the elbow assembly and the suspension arm assembly, and the winch is installed on the column; and the boom fixing assembly is a hoop assembly used for fixing the column assembly on the ship bollard, or a mounting seat assembly used for fixedly installing the column assembly on the ship d
