The pre-charging circuit comprises a battery, a first normally open switch, a second normally open switch, a third normally closed switch and a pre-charging resistor, wherein the first end of the pre-charging resistor is electrically connected with the positive electrodeof the battery through the second normally open switch; the second end of the pre-charging battery is electrically connected with the positive electrode of the battery through the first normally openswitch; the first end of the pre-charging battery is electrically connected with the negative electrode of the battery through the third normally closed switch; and the negative electrode of the battery and the second end of the pre-charging resistor are used for being electrically connected with the two ends of a motor controller respectively.
