Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method and device for predicting recoverable reserves, and belongs to the field of oil exploitation. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first relationshipbetween the water content of produced liquid in a secondary oil recovery stage and time; obtaining a second relationship between the variation of the moisture content of the produced liquid in the tertiary oil recovery stage and time; and based on the first relationship and the second relationship, obtaining a third relationship between the recoverable reserves of the tertiary oil recovery stage and the time, and based on the third relationship, determining the recoverable reserves under the reference time condition in the tertiary oil recovery stage. According to the method, the water contentof the produced liquid in the secondary stage is predicted through the first relationship; the variation of the moisture content of the produced liquid after the secondary oil recovery stage is converted into the tertiary oil
