The invention provides a voice data providing system, a user terminal, a recording medium and an output device, which can improve the interestingness of an application program. The voice data providing system includes a user terminal, a server, and an output device capable of communicating with the user terminal, the server includes a storage unit that stores a plurality of pieces of voice data, the user terminal includes: a display unit that displays one or more voice data selection regions bound to any one of the plurality of pieces of voice data; an input unit that receives a selection input by a user to select one voice data selection region from among the one or more voice data selection regions; and a communication unit that receives the selected voice data from the server and transmits the received voice data to the output device. The output device is provided with a voice output unit that outputs voice on the basis of the received voice data, and configured so as not to bind the same voice data to the
