Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a mulberry parasitic quality control method based on qualitative detection of double substance parts. The method comprises the following steps: 1) sample pretreatment: dryinga sample in the shade, powdering and sieving for later use; (2) detecting quercitrin in the sample obtained in the step (1) by adopting thin-layer chromatography, wherein if the detection result showsthat quercitrin is contained, the sample is preliminarily identified as a taxillus chinensis medicinal material; if the detection result shows that quercitrin is not contained, determining that the herba taxilli is a non-herba taxilli medicinal material; 3) continuously detecting the 1-deoxynojirimycin in the sample containing quercitrin by adopting thin layer chromatography, wherein if the detection result shows that the 1-deoxynojirimycin is contained, the mulberry parasitism is determined; wherein if the detection result shows that 1-deoxynojirimycin is not contained, it is determined thatmulberry parasitism is not |
