Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for detecting vitamins in compound three-dimensional dextrocalcium pantothenate syrup by high performance liquid chromatography, wherein the method comprises the steps: taking acetonitrile as a mobile phase A, and taking a formic acid aqueous solution containing lauryl sodium sulfate as a mobile phase B; taking a solution to be detected, carrying out HPLC detection, and carrying out qualitative and/or quantitative analysis on the four vitamins of vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6 and nicotinamide according to a chromatogram; and carrying out gradient elution in the HPLC detection process. Compared with the prior art, rapid qualitative identification and/or quantitative detection of the four vitamins in the compound three-dimensional dextrocalcium pantothenate syrup are/is realized through the HPLC method, and a reliable experimental basis is provided for development, utilization and quality evaluation of the compound three-dimensional dextrocalcium pantothenate syrup.
