A part of the fluid boosted by a compressor impeller (22) is introduced into a motor accommodation space (18) through the inlet side flow path (IN) with the inlet side fixed throttle (TH1),and the fluid introduced into the motor accommodating space (18) is discharged from the motor accommodating space (18) through an outlet-side flow path (EN) having an outlet-side fixed throttle (TH2).The connection part of the outlet side flow path (EN) with the motor housing space (18) is separated from the gap between the second partition wall (15) and the shaft (21), and the inlet side flow path (IN) with the motor housing space locates on the opposite side of the motor (28) in the axial direction to a connection part with the motor housing space in the inlet side flow path (IN).
