Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a chick embryo dorsal aorta injection method capable of improving transgenesis efficiency. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out extracapsular dorsal aorta injection of adeno-associated virus particles on a chick embryo which develops for 2.5 days, and transferring the injected chick embryo into a receptor egg (double-yolk egg) shell to be continuously hatched out of the shell. Through the improved dorsal aorta injection method, the extracapsular injection for the chick embryo dorsal aorta is realized; the injection accuracy rate is improved; direct-view observation of the development process of the chick embryo is achieved; the embryo survival rate, hatchability and transgenic expression efficiency of the chick embryo are obviously higher than those of a subgerminal cavity injection group and a traditional dorsal aorta injection group; and the hatchability of the transgenic chick embryo and the positive detection rate of an EGFP are increased.
