Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to macrocyclic diterpenoid compounds separated from Euphorbia glomerulans as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the followingsteps: subjecting whole grass of Euphorbia glomerulans (E. glomerulans) as a raw material to extraction with organic solvents, and performing separation by three to four methods of a solvent extraction method, a normal-phase silica gel column chromatography method, a reverse-phase silica gel column chromatography method and a Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography method to obtain three novel Jatrophane macrocyclic diterpenoid compounds shown as a formula (I), a formula (II) and a formula (III).
