Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a large aircraft wing box general assembly jig transfer station structure, which comprises a steel ground rail, wheel set structures, an X-direction wheel set, a Y-direction wheel set, a jig positioning structure and a tractor. The wheel set structures are installed on the two sides of a chassis of the wing box final assembly fixture, wherein each wheel set structure comprises an X-direction wheel set and a Y-direction wheel set which are independent and used for enabling the wing box final assembly fixture to move on X-direction and Y-direction ground rails; the Y-direction wheel sets have lifting and locking functions, and switching between the X-direction wheel sets and the Y-direction wheel sets is achieved by lifting of the Y-direction wheel sets. The steel wheels with small static friction coefficients are matched with the steel ground rail, the problem of movement of the large-size and heavy-weight aircraft wing box general assembly fixture in a narrow space of a production line |
