The forming method of the fermentation product of aureobasidium pullulans comprises the following steps: carrying out fermentation culture on at least one aureobasidium pullulans by using a culture medium to form a fermentation broth, wherein the culture medium comprises the following components: a yeast extract; a malt extract; a peptone; and a dextrose.
