The invention relates to the technical field of communication, and discloses a highly-integrated MIMO antenna. The antenna comprises a dense radiation array assembly and a coupling calibration plate assembly. The dense radiation array assembly comprises a radiation array substrate, and a radiation unit, a decoupling unit and a power division circuit which are integrated on the radiation array substrate. The coupling calibration plate assembly comprises a calibration plate substrate, a calibration circuit and a radio frequency input circuit, wherein the calibration circuit and the radio frequency input circuit are arranged on the calibration plate substrate; the radiation array substrate is detachably connected with the calibration plate substrate; an input port of the power division circuit is connected with the radio frequency input circuit through a feed conductor; and the radio frequency input circuit is connected with a radio frequency connector.
