The middle shell is movably connected with the left half shell, the right shell can be in running fit with the middle shell, an inserting cavity is formed between the left half shell and the middle shell, a first cover plate and a second cover plate are arranged on the outerside of the right shell, and a measuring tape hanging buckle is inserted into a space formed by clamping the first cover plate and the second cover plate; a limiting part is arranged on the middle shell; the right shell is provided with an elastic button; the elastic button faces the limiting part to form a limiting matching part; the limiting part and the limiting matching part are in limiting fit to limit rotation of the right shell relative to the middle shell, and the elastic button is constructed to be capable of driving the limiting matching part and the limiting part to be separated from limiting fit so as to e
