The invention discloses a lighting device for an anti-reflection environment, which comprises a light source, a lighting box body, an anti-reflection lampshade and a connecting assembly, wherein the light source provides illumination; the lighting box body accommodates and fixes the light source; the anti-reflection lampshade is arranged at the opening of the lighting box body; and the connectingassembly connects the anti-reflection lampshade to the lighting box body. The outer surface of the anti-reflection lampshade and the outer surface of the connecting assembly are rough surfaces and coated with dark color layers. By arranging the anti-reflection lampshade, light reaching grating holes is absorbed by the inner walls of the grating holes, light refraction cannot be formed, and therefore the anti-reflection purpose is achieved. In addition, material preparation is simple, replacement is convenient, and cost can be effectively reduced. Therefore, the lighting device by adopting thetechnical scheme has good
