Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of research on animal virology, immunology, oncology and epigenetics, and provides ch-MYC-AS1 capable of restraining expression of a chicken c-myc gene and proliferation of J sub-population avian leukemia viruses, and an application of the ch-MYC-AS1. RNA is from antisense RNA derived from a proto-oncogene c-myc in a chicken No. 2 chromosome genome, is named as ch-MYC-AS1 after being identified through RACE and PCR cloning techniques, and cDNA of the RNA has a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.1. A ch-MYC-AS1 over-expression vector plasmid is constructed, and in vitro experiment shows that the ch-MYC-AS1 can restrain the expression of a chicken proto-oncogene c-myc and proliferation of the J sub-population avian leukemia viruses.
