Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an aero-engine booster pump impeller cavitation erosion restoration method which comprises the following steps of S1, carrying out flaw detection on a component to be restored,mechanically polishing marked areas after marking all cavitation erosion areas, and removing cavitation-eroded substrates of the marked areas; S2, carrying out material adding on cavitation erosion removal areas by adopting a welding manner; S3, polishing and shaping welding areas, and carrying out destressing heat treatment after restoring to the original shapes; and S4, after determining that the restored areas are defect-free through flaw detection, spraying anti-corrosion coatings on the restored areas, and grinding the anti-corrosion coatings.
