The graphene oxide-terbium oxide-ferric oxide composite material is prepared by combining a direct precipitation method and a solvothermal method. The composite material is characterized by a Fourier transform infrared spectrum, a scanning electron microscope and an X-ray diffraction spectrometer, and structures and properties thereof are researched, then a malachite green aqueous solution is catalytically degraded under the combined action of potassium peroxydisulfate serving as an oxidant, and the catalytic degradation capacity of the catalyst on organic dye malachite green under the conditions of different concentrations, differentpH values, different temperatures and different catalyst usage amounts is respectively researched.
