The five-element system damage tolerance medium-strength titanium alloy comprises the following components by mass percentage: 5.6%-6.9% of Al, 2.5%-3.5% of Zr, 2.5%-3.5% of Mo, 2.5%-3.5% of Nb, and the balance being titanium and inevitable impurities. By designing the components and content in the titanium alloy, the room temperature and high temperature strength and plastic property of the titanium alloy are improved, and the high temperature oxidation resistance and acid and salt corrosion resistance of the titanium alloy are enhanced.
