Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a railcar braking device capable of realizing scratch prevention control suitable for actual application of a railway wagon. The railcar braking device (1) includes an air brake(4) that applies a braking force to a wheel (W) joined to an axle shaft (34) with a pressure of air and includes a discharge valve (40) for reducing the pressure of air; and a controller (6) that, when there is a predetermined difference or larger in rotational speed between a plurality of axle shafts (34), controls the air brake (4) to only discharge air from the air brake (4) by controlling thedischarge valve (40) and to release, for a predetermined period of time, the braking force applied to the wheel (W) joined to the axle shaft (34) rotating at a relatively low speed. 本发明提供一种铁道车辆用制动装置。实现适于车皮的实际应用的擦伤防止控制。铁道车辆用制动装置(1)具备:空气制动部(4),其利用空气的压力对与车轴(34)连结起来的车轮(W)赋予制动力,具有用于使空气的压力降低的排气阀(40);以及控制部(6),其控制空气制动部(4),以便在多个车轴(34)间存在预定以上的旋转速度差时仅进行基于排气阀(40)的控制的来自空气制动部(4)的排气,而将对与旋转速度较慢的车轴(34)连结起来的车轮(W)赋予的制动力解除预定时间。
