Zusammenfassung:The embodiment of the invention discloses an OTA (over-the-air) firmware upgrading method, device and equipment. The method comprises the steps of: splitting a to-be-upgraded firmware into N data packages, carrying out hash operation on the N data packages respectively to obtain N server hash values; sequentially sending the N data packets and the N server hash values to an Internet of Things device; and if an interrupt message sent by the Internet of Things device is received, stopping sending the data packets and the server hash value to the Internet of Things device. By adoption of a technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, a network transport protocol data package field is redefined, the single-package continuous verification function is realized, when the data package is attacked or tampered, data transmission is interrupted in time, and the resource overhead is saved in comparison with a mode of performing overall verification after the data is completely transmitted.
