Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for determining the content of tetrahydropalmatine and tetrahydroberberine chiral enantiomers in a rhizoma corydalis extracting solution, which belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine component content determination. According to the method, capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry combined analysis is adopted, a partial filling technologyis adopted, hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin is used as a chiral selective agent, and the content of the tetrahydropalmatine and tetrahydroberberine paired chiral enantiomers is directly determined ina complex sample system of the rhizoma corydalis extracting solution.
