The pseudomonas has strong heterotrophic nitrification and aerobic denitrification characteristics, and also hasthe capability of tolerating high-concentration organic matters, NH4-N, NO3-N and NO2-N. Therefore, the pseudomonas has obvious application advantages in the aspect of treating NH4-N wastewater with high organic matter content, and has application potential in the aspect of treating actual high-concentration NO3-N and NO2-N wastewater. 本发明公开了一种好氧反硝化假单胞菌,所述菌株为假单胞菌XD9(Pseudomonas alcaliphilaXD9),保藏于广东省微生物菌种保藏中心,保藏时间为2018年12月25日,保藏编号为GDMCCNo:60534。该假单胞菌具有较强的异养硝化与好氧反硝化特性,同时具有耐受较高浓度有机物、NH-N、NO-N、NO-N能力。表明该假单胞菌在处理含高有机物含量的NH-N废水方面具有明显的应用优势,且在处理实际高浓度NO-N和NO-N污废水方面具有应用潜能。
